Our story

From Jerusalem to your table

I was born and raised in Jerusalem, where food was always at the heart of our family.

Every Friday, I would go to my grandmother's home, and the whole family would gather around the table to eat her kubbeh. We would sit together, share stories, laugh, and enjoy the kind of meal that made everyone feel connected.

Those Fridays became some of my strongest memories of home.

When I moved to the United States, I found myself searching for that same feeling, and for that same kubbeh. I missed the taste, the tradition, and the warmth of sitting around a table with family. But I couldn't find anything that truly felt like home.

So I decided to create it myself.

That is how KUBA SAVTA was born: from a desire to bring a piece of Jerusalem, family, and tradition to the community here.

For me, KUBA SAVTA is not just about food. It is about bringing people together, creating memories, and giving others the feeling of being a little closer to home.
